Prodajalec bo končno ponujeno neto ceno nepremičnin ki so obdavčene z DPN, sam pa jih je pridobil v sistemu DDV, povišal za popravek odbitka vstopnega DDV, ki bo nastala ob realizaciji prodaje izven sistema DDV tistim kupcem, ki nimajo pravice do odbitka celotnega vstopnega DDV v skladu s 45. členom ZDDV-1.

Partially renovated house in the heart of the Prlekija region

  • The older house is just 100 meters away from the Ljutomer town center. Located nearby are lush greenery, the river Ščavnica, and a large, popular sports park.
  • The house was built in 1948. The roofing was renovated in 2001, and the facade was renovated in 2003. The ground floor houses a kitchen and living area, while the sleeping area is in the upstairs loft area. The interiors are in need of renovation.

Ljutomer – a lively and well-connected town
Ljutomer lies in the center of the Prlekija region, at the easternmost edge of Štajerska. It has great connections to Hungary and Croatia. The city is known for having hosted the first Slovenian Tabor assembly (1868) and for its hundred-year tradition of harness racing. In the broader Ljutomer area, you can relax in the Mala Nedelja biothermal spa or visit one of the many renowned wine producers along the Jeruzalem wine route.

A seller will increase its final net price, which has been set for a property taxed by a real estate transfer tax and acquired by the seller under the VAT system,  by an adjustment for the deduction of the input VAT which will arise when making the sale outside the VAT system to those buyers who are not entitled to deduct the full amount of the input VAT in accordance with Article 45 of the Value Added Tax (ZDDV-1).
