Das harmonische, moderne Projekt eines Einfamilienhauses ist das Ergebnis der Kreuzung traditioneller istrischer Architektur mit zeitgenössischen Trends bei der Gestaltung von Ferienhäusern. Il progetto armonioso e moderno di una casa unifamiliare è il risultato dell\'incrocio dell\'architettura tradizionale istriana con le tendenze contemporanee nella progettazione delle case vacanza. I contorni fondamentali della casa - la pianta a forma di rettangolo allungato e il tetto a due falde - sono elementi tipici della casa istriana, mentre un tocco di modernismo è dato dalle grandi aperture e dai volumi cubici regolari. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla di Funtana, a solo 1 km dal mare, quindi invece della piscina nel cortile c\'è un giardino ricco di alberi mediterranei, un parcheggio per tre auto e una cucina estiva con una sala da pranzo all\'aperto. Mentre il piano superiore con tre camere da letto è destinato al sonno e al riposo, il piano terra dispone di un luminoso e arioso soggiorno con cucina e sala da pranzo. La casa dispone di diverse terrazze, sia al primo piano che al piano terra, che permettono agli utenti della casa di scegliere tra prendere il sole e riposarsi all\'ombra. The harmonious, modern project of a family house is the result of crossing traditional Istrian architecture with contemporary trends in the design of holiday homes. The basic contours of the house - the floor plan in the form of an elongated rectangle and a gabled roof are typical elements of an Istrian house, and a touch of modernism is given by large openings and regular cubic volumes. The house is located in a quiet area of Funtana, only 1 km from the sea, so instead of a swimming pool in the yard, there is a garden rich with Mediterranean trees, a parking lot for three cars and a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining room. While the upper floor with three bedrooms is intended for sleeping and resting, the ground floor has a bright and airy living room with kitchen and dining room. The house has several terraces, both on the first floor and on the ground floor, which allow the users of the house to choose between sunbathing and resting in the shade. It is planned to decorate the garden with classic representatives of the local flora - old olive trees and cypress trees will fit perfectly into this small garden.
