In una piccola cittadina istriana non lontano da Parenzo e dal mare (14 km) è construita una bellissima villa dal design moderno. Le strutture del luogo sono a soli 500 metri di distanza.Si compone di piano terra, primo piano e una terrazza sul tetto.
