Description

The project includes a residential and commercial building in the Gornji Zamet settlement, which is designed to meet energy class A+.
The building has a regular floor plan and has six floors, one of which is a basement.
There are a total of 16 independent user units, of which three are commercial and thirteen are residential.
The apartments are two-bedroom, except for the basement apartments, which are one-bedroom, and the building has an elevator for easier access to all floors.

The building's exterior furniture is wood-aluminum with IZO double-layered glass, roller system plus mosquito nets and electric aluminum blinds.
The entrance doors to the apartments are burglar-proof and fire-proof for additional security of the tenants, and the interior joinery is MDF with a magnetic lock and hidden connectors.
The floors in the apartments are oak parquet, and the bathrooms are ceramic tiles from first-class Italian manufacturers.

Floor heating, a monoblock and a heat pump are provided for heating each apartment, and an internal air conditioner is provided for cooling each apartment. This type of heating and cooling system ensures a comfortable temperature in all rooms throughout the year, with minimal energy consumption.

There are two apartments each in the basement and attic, and three apartments each on the other floors.
This diversity allows for different living options and adaptation to the needs of different tenants.
The designed facility meets modern housing standards and provides tenants with a high quality of living.
Completion of construction is expected in the summer of 2024.
